Construction company seeks investors

A company with good connections seeks investors to implement several projects in the Crimea. It has broad experience to do a repair as well as to build various structures, offices, banks in Moscow, nuclear power plants and even towns. The company is ready to act as developer on condition that it get a general contract.

Protected by the Main Ridge from north winds, the southern coast of the Crimea is recognized as the resort region of Ukraine. The nature has endowed this region with the dry subtropical climate that combines sea, mountainous and forest elements. Its climatic conditions surpass those of the Mediterranean region where world-famous resorts are located.

The following projects require investments:

1. Construction of a four-star-plus hotel on the 0.67-hectare plot of land in the town of Gurzuf above the Yalta nature reserve. A buyer must provide housing for six families who live in a dwelling on this plot of land.

2. The conversion of a five-story building with high-ceilinged rooms into a hotel. Occupying the total area of 7,000 square meters, the building with amenities is situated on the two-hectare plot of land in downtown Alushta. In addition, some 7,500 square meters of dwelling space can be built on the land parcel. There are an operating saw frame and joiners’ benches on the land parcel. It is worth noting too that the land parcel is located 1,500 meters from the sea.

3. Development of 11 hectares of land divided into four plots. They are situated in the settlement of urban type Morskoe at a distance of 20 kilometers from the resort town of Sudak in the direction of Alushta. The boarding house whose availability accounts for 60% occupies the 4.46-hectare plot of land right by the sea. It has two-room apartments with spacious verandas, two swimming pools and a diesel generator. At present, all concrete structures are in good condition. There are two uncompleted houses and the store, which is in good condition, on the second plot of land. The settlement where 220 workers can live is located on the third plot of land and a construction center on the fourth one.

4. Development of the 6.5-hectare plot of land in the city of Kerch, which is situated right by the road running to the port where a ferry is established in the direction of Russia. This is the shortest way to carry cargoes from Caucasus to Europe. In the near future a bridge is expected to be constructed across the Kerch Strait. In addition, a shorter route from Odessa to the Russian city of Novorossiysk through highway M17 running from Kerch to Novorossiysk will soon enter service. There is a service station on the land parcel and a fence is put up around it. As far as the ferry is concerned, 400 meters of a mooring area are for sale.
