MOSCOW COMBINING speed railway communication From Kiev, Kharkov and Donetsk
«Ukrzaliznytsya and RZD plans to combine high-speed communication to Moscow from Kiev, Kharkov and Donetsk. This was discussed at a meeting of Deputy Prime Minister - Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov, the president of RZD Vladimir Yakunin.
