Chieftain of Chechen bandits claims responsibility for blast in Domodedovo

Doku Umarov, chieftain of the Chechen bandit underground, has claimed responsibility for the explosion in the airport Domodedovo near Moscow that killed 36 people.

This is the third act of terrorism, which was hatched by Umarov. The first blast in 2000 killed 16 people at the Metro station Pushkinskaya in Moscow, and the second explosion in 2004 left nine people dead at the Metro station Rizhskaya.

According to observers, terrorism continues rising despite the fact that Russian budget allocations for security have increased to $31.3 billion and the number of agents of special services amounts to more than two million persons today.

It is worth recalling that members of the Chechen bandit underground and Arab hirelings declared their withdrawal from subordination to Doku Umarov.
As became known from sources close to Russian special services of the North Caucasian federal area, at first Umarov had announced the delegation
of his powers to field commander Aslambek Vadalov and then he renounced his words. Deprived of possible financial resources and piqued at the refusal,
Vadalov decided to take power in his hands.
